게임은 만 14세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 전체·길드 채팅에 메시지를 보내기 전에 이 규칙에 동의해야 합니다. 읽기만 하거나 채팅을 사용하지 않을 수 있습니다.
다른 사용자의 메시지에 있는 신고 / 차단을 누르세요. 신고 사유를 선택한 후 신고 제출로 접수합니다. UTC 기준 하루 최대 10회이며 중복 신고는 한 번만 접수됩니다. 오래되어 서버에서 사라진 메시지는 앱에서 신고할 수 없으므로 긴급 사안은 지원 이메일로 문의해 주세요.
차단하면 해당 계정의 메시지가 전체·길드 채팅 및 미리보기에서 숨겨집니다. 채팅 설정에서 최대 100명의 차단 목록을 관리하고 해제할 수 있습니다. 차단은 상대 계정의 게임 이용 자체를 금지하지 않습니다.
운영자는 신고를 검토해 위반 메시지를 삭제하거나 해당 계정의 채팅을 일시 제한할 수 있습니다. 제재는 전체·길드 채팅에 함께 적용됩니다. 신고 횟수만으로 자동 제재하지 않습니다. 신고 접수는 즉시 삭제나 제재를 보장하지 않습니다.
신고에는 서버에 저장된 메시지, 작성자·신고자 식별자, 사유 및 검토 이력이 포함됩니다. 운영자만 열람하고, 신고 대상에게 신고자의 신원을 공개하지 않습니다. 접수 후 최대 90일 보관하며 신고자나 대상 계정 삭제 시 관련 신고도 삭제합니다. 차단 정보는 해제·계정 삭제 시까지, 규칙 동의·제재 정보는 계정 삭제 시까지 보관합니다.

Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, threats, glorification of violence, sexual content, child sexual abuse or exploitation, illegal content, personal information disclosure, impersonation, spam, scams and cheating promotion are prohibited. Do not request contact or payment outside the game.
Use a message's Report / Block button to choose a reason and submit a report. The limit is 10 reports per UTC day; duplicate reports count once. Operators review reports and may remove messages or temporarily restrict world and guild chat. Report counts alone do not automatically trigger sanctions, and submitting a report does not guarantee immediate removal.
Blocking hides the account's world/guild messages and previews. Manage up to 100 blocked accounts in chat settings. Reports contain the server's message, sender and reporter IDs, reason and review history. They are private to operators, retained for up to 90 days, and removed when either account is deleted. The reported user does not see your identity. Block records remain until unblocked or account deletion; rule acceptance and restrictions remain until account deletion.
